Customer Care Consultant

Job Responsibilities

  • Take calls and chat requests from Planview customers
  • Use Ticket Tracking system to correspond with customers on assigned tickets
  • Troubleshoot issues until resolved and properly manage customer expectations during that process
  • Document issues, action plans, and solutions in detail and keep customers informed of progress
  • Stay current and up-to-date on Planview Enterprise products and application components
  • Coordinate and assist internal resources and other teams with troubleshooting reported issues, QE Testing, etc.

Qualifications

  • Prior work experience and/or educational background in Finance/Accounting practices and terminology. Exposure to Financial Planning processes/applications preferred

Software Developer

Job Description

Maintain and enhance the integration of OpenSuite software product. Design, create, and maintain web services that allow for direct HTTP(S) input and output of data to the Planview Enterprise product. Work closely with Planview's product management team, customer care team, and various customers to fully understand their needs and requirements around the implementation of, use of, and modification of Planview's proprietary data integration products and technologies. Create data integration products, procedures, and methods. Write software code to create, maintain, and test web services that are specific to the integration of Planview's products and databases with other companies' products and data. Work with a small team to create and maintain these Web Services and integrations and represent specific and unique customer needs based on deep understanding of customer use cases. Responsible for build and release process of the Web Services, PVLoader, and OpenSuite data integration products. Meet daily with a SCRUM team and apply Agile software development methodology to create, maintain, build, release, and document this area of the Planview product suite. Create Web Services to integrate PPM applications (e.g. Planview Enterprise, CA Clarity, Microsoft Project Server) with various other applications, data sources, and end-points (e.g. Resource Management Systems, Resource Planning Systems, other PPM Applications, and Financial Management Applications).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related field and five (5) years of progressive work experience in the job offered or five (5) years of progressive work experience as a Senior Consultant (Project Portfolio Software Implementation), Technical Team Leader (Project Portfolio Software), Project Manager/Project Coordinator (IT/Software Implementation) or related occupation.

Training Consultant

Job Description

In this role, you will interact with external customers and internal engagement managers to identify and document training requirements for the suite of Planview software applications. You are responsible for the delivery of hands-on Planview Enterprise software training courses to external customers, both in the classroom and via a Virtual Classroom platform. You will modify student training materials, create custom training materials, and ensure that all training delivery is aligned to the client's processes and overall organizational goals. Curriculum content includes, but is not limited to, enterprise portfolio management solutions/products and portfolio management techniques and strategies.

E-Learning Job Responsibilities

  • Delivers functional software and process training curriculum to customers, either on-site or via the Virtual Classroom platform
  • Works closely with the client and the engagement manager to identify, prepare for, and deliver exceptional role-based software training that aligns with the client's processes and industry best practices
  • Meets or exceeds quality targets for instructor performance and utilizes best practices for ensuring excellence in instructor training and performance
  • Actively collaborates with the content development team to build skills in training processes and tools required to facilitate learner success

Training Consultant -- Change Management Specialist

Job Description

In this role, you will interact with external customers and internal engagement managers to identify and document change management strategies for clients deploying the suite of Planview software applications. You are responsible for conducting change management/adoption workshops with clients, often including participants who are members of the senior management team within the client organization. Your primary responsibility is to develop a communication, marketing, and education plan for clients (with the context of their Planview Enterprise implementation) and assist with the deployment of this plan, as necessary. This is a primary responsibility, anticipated to represent 80% of your responsibilities.

Secondarily, you will be responsible for the delivery of hands-on Planview Enterprise software training courses to external customers, both in the classroom and via a Virtual Classroom platform. You will modify student training materials, create custom training materials, and ensure that all training delivery is aligned to the client's processes and overall organizational goals. Curriculum content includes, but is not limited to, enterprise portfolio management solutions/products and portfolio management techniques and strategies. This would be a secondary responsibility, and it is anticipated that training activities may only represent 20% of your responsibilities.
