Louise Allen

Louise Allen brings more than 15 years of experience in all facets of bringing technology products to market. Louise heads up product management for Planview, developing product strategy and overseeing execution and delivery.

Louise joined Planview from Quickarrow, where, as Vice President of Product Strategy, her efforts drove the company from self-funded startup to consistently profitable. Prior to this, she held leadership positions with companies including Tivoli Systems, an IBM company, and NetQoS. Louise received her BS in Business Administration from Trinity University, and her MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.

Steve Beaumont

Steve Beaumont is the SRP Solutions Market Manager at Planview and has worked in the Professional Services area for almost 25 years. He spent 12 years working as a Management Consultant for Deloitte, Coopers & Lybrand, and Ernst & Young, where team managed a team of consultants and had responsibility for managing the work pipeline, making resourcing decisions and ensuring that projects were delivered to a high quality whilst also managing the P&L. He also has spent a number of years working in the software industry helping to sell, implement and drive the enhancement of software solutions designed to help both PSOs and IT organizations to manage their businesses and delivery successful projects.

Steve's career started as a Management Accountant, from which he progressed into designing accounting software for use within the telecom company that he worked for.

Terry Doerscher

Terry Doerscher brings 28 years of experience to his role of Expert-In-Residence for Planview. Terry is a recognized expert in developing business practices aligned to the challenges of modern organizations. His thought leadership is considered a catalyst for redefining the role of the modern corporate PMO. Terry is the co-author of Taming Change with Portfolio Management (Durbin & Doerscher, 2010), and is a contributing author to several other books, including Mark Price Perry's Business Driven series and the PMI PMOSIG Program Management Handbook. Terry is a member of PMI and the Program Management Office Community of Practice; is ITIL v.3 Foundation certified; and is a Certified Process Design Engineer (CPDE). In addition to his work as the principal for the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Practice at BOT International, Terry is a founding director of the Enterprise Management Association - International.

Wolfram Eberstein

Wolfram Eberstein is managing consultant for the central European region at Planview. He brings more than 18 years of experience in project and portfolio management to the telecommunication and clinical research industries. Prior to Planview, Wolfram was the vice president of corporate project management office at PAREXEL® where he developed project management processes and governance and was program manager for rolling out an integrated ERP and project portfolio management (PPM) system to a globally diverse organization in six business units. Prior to PAREXEL, he held the general manager position for project management and development at Mobisphere and oversaw a joint development initiative of third generation mobile telecommunication equipment.

Martha Garcia

Martha Garcia graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Communication Studies. It was here that she developed an interest in corporate communication, specifically in the areas of change management within complex organizations as well as leadership and organizational behavior. Martha is responsible for working closely with thought leaders in the areas of IT and the PMO to develop compelling programs and content including informative webcasts and white papers for the IT PMO community.

Marcus Klein

Marcus Klein is a product line manager at Planview for more than 9 years and focuses on end to end portfolio management including both Operational Planning, Execution, and Finance. As the Product Line Manager for Planview Enterprise EPM, he incorporates application stakeholders' input, including current customers and prospects, as well as market conditions in defining product direction and functionality. A University of Texas graduate, Marcus previously worked at Accenture implementing enterprise-wide solutions for project management, partner relationship, management and contract management.

Madison Laird

Madison Laird is a veteran of corporate portfolio management and has joined Planview as an Executive-in-Residence. Madison's experience in portfolio management and strategic planning includes perspectives from large companies like IBM and Cisco, GM roles at mid-sized companies, and CEO roles at small companies. Madison has received numerous honors throughout his career, including a Catalyst Challenge award from the CFO at Cisco and a nomination by AT&T for Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Jerry Manas

Jerry Manas is the author of the best-sellers Napoleon on Project Management and Managing the Gray Areas. Throughout his career as an author, speaker, and consultant, Jerry has built a reputation for taking complex information and processes and making them clear and accessible. As Senior Editor at Planview, he applies this passion to developing best practices that help organizations achieve breakthrough performance across a framework of processes and roles. Jerry's work has been highlighted in a variety of publications and he has appeared on radio programs nationwide. A prominent voice in the blogosphere, he is a founding member of the Project Management Institute's New Media Council, which keeps abreast of trending topics.

Kerry Raminiak

Kerry Doyle Raminiak writes and manages the development of thought leadership materials within the purview of project-based business operations and corporate financial long-range planning. Before joining Planview, Kerry owned and operated a marketing communications firm that specialized in developing messaging for software, web-based applications, and other technology niches. Kerry has a BS in Communications from Towson University Maryland, and an MA from Pepperdine University.

Linda Roach

Linda Roach brings 17 years of experience in product management, product marketing, and corporate marketing to her role as Vice President of Marketing for Planview. Upon joining the company in 2004, Linda led the launch of Planview Enterprise, repositioning the company from a single product to a highly successful multiple product line.

Prior to joining Planview, Linda held management positions at Pervasive Software, VTEL Corporation, and Kodak where she led go-to-market initiatives covering new products, product line expansion, and opening new market segments. Linda holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She has participated in Executive Education programs at the University of Michigan, Wharton School, and University of Texas at Austin.

Pat Scherer

Pat Scherer brings over 25 years of experience leading corporate technology and business initiatives to her current role as Product Manager at Planview. Pat earned an MBA in Indusrial Management from the University of North Texas and Post-graduate Certificates in Computer Science from IBM and the University of Texas at Austin. She is a Certified Agile ScrumMaster (CSM) and mentor in the areas of Agile/Lean Product and Program Management.

John Sims

John Sims is the Planview Product Manager for Analytics and Reporting, Service Portfolio Management, Brand Impact Analysis, and Ideation Management. John came to Planview from Business Engine, where he was in product management and consulting for 14 years, specializing in project portfolio management and IT financial performance measurement. John's passion is to understand the market and customer needs for reporting and analytics. He was part of the Planview team that released Insight Analytics and continues to focus on how companies publish their project and financial performance to their internal and external customers.

Patrick Tickle

Patrick Tickle is responsible for the company's Products organization and leads the Planview team that continues to deliver the most innovative portfolio management solutions to the marketplace. Patrick brings over 20 years of experience in product management, product development, and marketing across a wide range of technology solutions.

Prior to joining Planview, Patrick served as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management of ITM Software where he executed category development and product definition. He has also held a variety of product management and marketing positions at Terraspring, Inc. (an enterprise software company acquired by Sun Microsystems), MIPS, and Silicon Graphics. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
